We are a collaboration between NTNU-BIL and SINTEF-BIL.
We have 2 teams competing in the league for companies (bedriftserien). In the 2025/2026 season we play in the 1st (team 1) and 3rd (team 2) divisions.

Practice

We practice indoors at Dragvoll Idrettssenter from August until May.
At practice, we generally warm up, do different games or drills to work on specific skills, and then play.
To attend practice you need to pay the SIT entrance fee. to gain access to the training hall.

We compete in corporate rangesMatches are mostly played in Ranheimshallen.

Beachvolley

In the summer we play beach-volleyball for fun, usually in Dødens dal but also other places like Ila, Sverresborg and Finalebanen.
