The annual meeting will be held:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-f597e33e-c28b-45db-88e6-4f011aff5f16\"><li>Time: Tuesday, March 8th, 4:00 PM - approx. 6:00 PM (max)<\/li><li>Location: NTNU Technology Transfer AS, Dybdahlsg\u00e5rden, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/Dybdahls+veg+3,+7051+Trondheim\/@63.4134423,10.4109048,17z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x466d31c0b0378b81:0x5daca1bb82f7d806!8m2!3d63.4134399!4d10.4130935\">Dybdahls ve. 3-5<\/a> N, 2nd floor. NOTE: New location. At the roundabout above Lerkendal Stadium.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-57b40cf2-516e-45ea-a70a-97f71b43a787\">Items that a member wishes to bring up at the annual meeting must be submitted&nbsp; <a href=\"mailto:styre@bil.ntnu.no\">styre@bil.ntnu.no<\/a> &nbsp;<strong>fourteen days before<\/strong>, i.e., Tuesday, February 22 (preferably before). The complete agenda with all case documents will be announced no later than one week before the annual meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-b28705bb-b2cf-48d1-a478-fb9ba157f8cc\"><strong>Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-f1758d59-cbcf-48d9-b412-0f07a40cb885\"><li>The annual meeting is open to all members. The notice of the meeting will be sent to all registered members on Spond at a later date. Each group must be represented. Referring to a decision made at a previous annual meeting: Groups that are not represented at the annual meeting (with at least one representative) will have 25 % deducted from the group\u2019s budget.<\/li><li>To have voting rights, the member must have been a member of the sports club for at least one month and have paid the membership fee.<\/li><li>The nominating committee's proposal will be presented at the annual meeting.
