Meeting starts at 4:00 PM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Location: Helgasetr Vangslunds gt 2 Rooms 03-047. Entrance from Vangslundsgate (towards Fred Kavli building).&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/link.mazemap.com\/7t6muIjz\">https:\/\/link.mazemap.com\/7t6muIjz<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration for Spond event \u00abNTNU-CAR Annual Meeting 2026\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The board has not received any proposals to be addressed at the annual meeting (agenda item 10) by the deadline of February 9th. The board itself has proposals which are presented below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Agenda Annual Meeting (According to NIF's Norm):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approval of the <a href=\"https:\/\/bedriftsidrett.org.ntnu.no\/dokumenter\/referater\/aarsmoter\/representanter2026.pdf\">eligible voters<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choice of conductor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selection of minute-taker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Election of two members to sign the minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval of Rules of Procedure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval of <a href=\"https:\/\/ntnubil.no\/en\/2026\/01\/23\/innkalling-til-arsmote-2026\/\">summons<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval of the agenda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treatment of <a href=\"https:\/\/bedriftsidrett.org.ntnu.no\/dokumenter\/aarsrapporter\/2025.pdf\">Annual report 2025 from the board and groups<\/a><br>The following group reports are presented in detail:<br>Basketball Curling Motion Shooting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounting treatment etc.:<br>9.1 <a href=\"https:\/\/bedriftsidrett.org.ntnu.no\/dokumenter\/regnskap\/regnskap2025-endeleg.pdf\">The sports club's accounts<\/a> <br>9.2 Board's Financial Report<br> (presented and processed in the Board's annual report)<br>9.3 <a href=\"https:\/\/bedriftsidrett.org.ntnu.no\/dokumenter\/regnskap\/kontrollutvalg_rapport2025.pdf\">Report of the Audit Committee<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing of proposals and cases: <br>10.1. Board's proposal regarding instructions for the nomination committee:<br>\u00abBoard members and alternate members are elected for a two-year term, with half of the members elected each year. The chairperson is elected for a one-year term.\u00bb<br>10.2. Board's proposal for expanded collection of membership fees:<br>\u00abResearchers, other external parties, and students who have an economic advantage from NTNU-BIL by playing on teams organized by NTNU-BIL, shall pay membership fees to NTNU-BIL.\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setting membership fees \u2013 Board's proposal:<br>\u00abThe membership fee will be increased from NOK 300 to NOK 350 on January 1, 2027. However, the fee will remain NOK 300 if we succeed in launching the Sit agreement by January 1, 2027, at the latest. That is, an agreement stipulating that the NTNU-BIL fee is<br>included for all employees with a Sit membership. To have voting rights, members must have been part of the sports club for at least one month and have paid their membership fees. The annual meeting will be conducted in Norwegian, but individual contributions may be made in English if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NOTE: Every group must be represented.
