The complete agenda with all case documents will be announced here on ntnubil.no at the latest one week before the annual meeting.<br>The annual meeting will be held in Norwegian (but presentations can be in English if desired).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"block-b28705bb-b2cf-48d1-a478-fb9ba157f8cc\"><strong>Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-f1758d59-cbcf-48d9-b412-0f07a40cb885\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The annual meeting is open to all members. The notice of the meeting will be sent to all registered members on Spond at a later date. Each group must be represented. Referring to a decision made at a previous annual meeting: Groups that are not represented at the annual meeting (with at least one representative) will have 25 % deducted from the group\u2019s budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To have voting rights, the member must have been a member of the sports club for at least one month and have paid the membership fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The nominating committee's proposal will be presented at the annual meeting.
