Phone: 930 58 954.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in the exercise groups is both inexpensive, social, and enjoyable. With exercise in the sports buildings, you get:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Training with an instructor, use of weightlifting equipment, other machines, climbing wall, exercise bike, and much more, as well as shower and sauna (with some good stories mixed in). The main content is line gymnastics with an emphasis on strength, balance, agility, and fitness, and the schedule is shown below. There are instructors from mid-August to the end of May. General fitness classes and other training are announced in the brochure \u201cTraining Schedule. Sports and Fitness at NTNU,\u201d which is distributed in the sports buildings each semester. See also \u201cSchedule\u201d below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"timeplan_for_hosten_2021\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spring 2026 Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer the following two exercise classes each week, which are open to both ladies and gentlemen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sports NTNU-BIL<br>Mondays 4:00 PM \u2013 5:00 PM in Armfeldtsalen (Room 4), the Sports Building Gl\u00f8shaugen<br>Thursdays 4:00 PM \u2013 5:00 PM in Armfeldtsalen (Room 4), Sports Building Gl\u00f8shaugen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The schedule for all activities in the Sports Building can be found on SiT's website. See under \u201cTraining Facilities\/Sports Building Gl\u00f8shaugen\/Hall Allocation Gl\u00f8shaugen.\u00bb Participation requires a membership in Sit Idrett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NOTE! Registering as described above ensures membership in the Sports clubs\u201c Spond list.
