All members now must pay the annual fee via Spond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"innmelding-til-ntnu-bil\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration to NTNU-BIL<a name=\"Kategorier\"><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-shadow has-custom-lineheight has-custom-letterspacing\" style=\"line-height:1;letter-spacing:-1px;font-size:1px\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/club.spond.com\/landing\/signup\/ntnu-bil\">Signup form<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(NOTE: for new members only), see \u00abJoining Groups\u00bb when an existing member is to be enrolled in a NEW group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"innmelding-til-grupper\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration to groups<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New members register through <a href=\"https:\/\/club.spond.com\/landing\/signup\/ntnu-bil\">registration form<\/a>&nbsp;in witch you state the group(s) you want to register for. <br>Register through group Spond only if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-checkbox\">\n<li>You are already a member and wish to join a new group<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joining a group as an external member. Only for groups that have non-paying external members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For registration via group\u00b4s Spond, see info on the group\u00b4s own webside,<br>You can be a member of many groups with one membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"kontingentstorrelse_og_betaling_av_kontingent\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership fee<a name=\"Kontingent\"><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-checkbox\">\n<li>The membership period is one year from 1 Jan. until 31 Dec and the membership fee is currently NOK 300\/year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can be a member of many groups with one membership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The fee is paid by a payment request through Spond in February. Members who register throughout the year will be sent a request after registration. If you register after 1 October, you will pay the fee not until February next year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Cancellation<\/strong> by sending a message to <a href=\"mailto:medlem@bil.ntnu.no\" target=\"_self\">medlem@bil.ntnu.no<\/a> or to <a href=\"https:\/\/ntnubil.no\/en\/home\/mailinglister\/\" target=\"_self\">group leader<\/a>. If the membership fee has not been paid after a reminder, membership may be deleted. Members who owe membership fees for two years will automatically be removed from membership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"hvem_kan_bli_medlem\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who can be a member <a name=\"Hvem\"><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-checkbox\">\n<li>Employees at NTNU<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Former employees at NTNU (retired)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spouse\/cohabitant of employees at NTNU, provided they do not have a company sports team at the company where the spouse\/cohabitant works<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other people who have their day-to-day work at NTNU<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People who participate in activities organized by and fully paid for by NTNU-BIL, regardless of affiliation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People covered by \u201cBedriftidrettskretsens\u201d exemption rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"hvem_kan_bli_medlem\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Member benefits <a name=\"Fordeler\"><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-checkbox\">\n<li>Participation in all group activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coverage of participation fees in tournaments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund of starting fees. <a href=\"https:\/\/bedriftsidrett.org.ntnu.no\/dokumenter\/lover\/RefundStartkontingent.html\">Rules for refund<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discounted sports tickets with SAS.
